MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

As a Management Associate, you will be assigned to rotate through several teams across different business functions during this 2-year program.  This will provide curated exposure to different work areas within your chosen business specialization.  These areas include Retail, Brand Management, E-commerce, Property, Food & Beverage Management and Human Capital. We open 6 tracks as below. So, it's up to you to choose based on your interest!

RETAIL

Retail & Brands are Central Group’s most significant business. Covering both Asia and Europe, it features dominant brands and modern retail systems.

Retail & Brands categories:

Fashion: Department stores, lifestyle centers, lifestyle & fashion brands

Hardline: Home décor & construction, electronics, office supplies, books & stationery

Food Retail: Hypermarkets and convenience stores

BRAND MANAGEMENT

Our international fashion and beauty distribution business, operating over 40 brands through retail sales counters located in major department stores and other retail outlets as well as standalone brand shops and wholesaling.  Guess, Topshop, Polo Ralph Lauren, Clarins, Aesop, Lee, and Wrangler are among the third-party brands we license or distribute under Central Marketing Group business unit.

E-COMMERCE

Our online shops are developed as the best-in-class e-commerce platform across our businesses.  We continually evolve the online shopping channels to be responsive in meeting customers’ lifestyles, from personalized shopping to seamless omnichannel interactions via mobile applications and all physical and digital touchpoints.

PROPERTY

Central Group is a market pioneer in developing Thai retail and commercial properties, and currently holds the largest market share of net leasable area.

Malls & Commercial Properties have evolved with rapidly changing market trends and continue to innovate the retail experience for customers.

Besides retail, Central Group has also developed offices, co-working spaces and residential projects.

FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGEMENT

Central Group has pioneered restaurant chains in Thailand, and operates well-known local, regional, and international food brands such as Mister Donut, KFC, Auntie Anne’s, Pepper Lunch, Chabuton, The Terrace, Yoshinoya, Ootoya, Tenya, Katsuya and Fezt under Central Restaurant Group business unit.
